Education: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
Description: The Managed Care Quality Analyst position in the Quality Systems Department and reports directly to the Quality Manager.
Maintain the FTP Database and provide technical expertise to resolve FTP issues and set-up folders/new users as requested.
Monitor SAMSO provider performance weekly to ensure accuracy of forms required and report non-receipt per process requirements. Develop and maintain a positive working communication with SAMSO providers.
Input all rate changes and new provider or provider services into the AZ Tejas system. Provide a monthly report on all changes and corrections to changes when requests are incorrect.
Administer the Incident Report Database System including the input of all new external providers into system to provide system access as requested and provide access information to new providers. Upload employee and supervisor rosters weekly to ensure most current staff can access program. Provide training to providers and staff as requested by the Quality Manager. Report database issues to MIS or to the software company as appropriate.
Administer the internal/external satisfaction surveys in Qualtrics system. Provide technical support for kiosks and field surveys. Set-up new surveys and support on-going surveys. Review monthly or as required incoming satisfaction data. Report totals to meet contractual numbers requirements and the overall satisfaction rate of the surveys to the Quality Manager monthly.
Provide support to the Quality Manager on special projects and other tasks as required.
This position requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, independently problem solve and excellent time management skills. A minimum of three years of experience in Access and Excel, including test file formatting for importing and exporting data. A minimum of one-year experience in Health Plan or government/non-profit agency data analysis and database administration. Course work in statistics and quality assurance preferred.

License: Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Salary: $51,985 annually.
