Mental Health Liaison (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: The Region 13 Mental Health Liaison will serve as a resource regarding child/adolescent mental health and substance use for school and education service center personnel by increasing Educational Service Center 13 and school personnel's awareness and understanding of mental health and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, assisting personnel in the implementation of initiatives related to mental health or substance use, ensure personnel are aware of best practice-based programs and research-based programs as well as other public and private mental health and substance use programs, facilitating Mental Health First Aid Trainings, facilitating other mental health and substance use related trainings.

This position will be employed by Integral Care but will work almost entirely with Region 13 in providing clinical and substance use support for school personnel in the region. This position is hybrid and will work from home and from Region 13. This position will need to drive to various ISDs to provide trainings.

This position will coordinate with key Local Mental Health Authority (LMHA) staff including Bluebonnet Trails and Hill Country Independent School Districts (ISD) in their respective catchment areas for trainings and other relevant service delivery initiatives. This position will not provide any direct clinical services or supervision.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Experience in school setting.

Hours: Full-Time. 

Workdays: Monday-Friday. 

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $68,692 - $87,575 annually depending on years of licensure.
