Job Summary: This position serves as an LPHA (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) clinical team staff working closely within a multi-disciplinary team under the guidance and supervision of the unit Manager. Primary duties in this crisis residential unit includes providing immediate mental health crisis stabilization, intervention and relapse prevention services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis episode in the community. The LPHA provides support to clients alongside the clinical team staff in addition to utilizing sound, clinical judgement and consultation, treatment planning, and positive, productive feedback for client case management and engagement. The LPHA will exercise client oriented, solution focused, critical thinking and problem-solving guidance and counsel for continuity of client care with optimal results with optional resources and referrals. The LPHA will work in collaboration with the other team clinicians and community partners, as needed, to aid individuals receive essential services within the program practices and criteria.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.
