Job Summary: The Crisis Hotline is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Texts and chats coming into the 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP's) 24/7, including holidays. 

The licensed training supervisor's primary duties are to:

• Lead the training team on all chat/text training 
• Act as point for chat/text training and assist with chat/text training 
• Provide administrative and personnel support to trainers 
• Provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed
• Answer chats, and texts as needed by providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments

The licensed training supervisor works closely with a multitude of community partners, including but not limited to APD, TCSO, medical facilities, and schools.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. 

License: 

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record. 
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT. 

Experience: 

Preferred: 

• Direct client care experience in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Salary:  $72,127.00 - $91,954.00 annually plus an additional 10% Crisis Stipend.
