Job Summary: The Finance Manager for Corporate Accounting is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of corporate accounting for Integral Care. This role involves ensuring compliance with government regulations, accurately reporting financial data, and supporting the organization's mission through sound financial practices. The Finance Manager will manage accounting functions, including grant reporting, budgeting, internal controls, audits, and financial reporting, ensuring that all financial activities align with both organizational objectives and the terms of governmental grants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounting and financial reporting of all governmental grants, ensuring compliance with all grant requirements, including accurate allocation of funds, expenditure tracking, and timely reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in alignment with funding and regulatory requirements, while also monitoring budget performance throughout the year.
- Develop, implement, and enforce accounting policies and procedures to maintain proper internal controls, ensuring compliance with applicable governmental regulations, accounting standards, and organizational policies.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they meet government and grantor requirements.
- Coordinate and support external audits, ensuring proper documentation and supporting materials are provided, and assist with audit preparation and resolution of audit findings.
- Monitor and manage organizational cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs and grant obligations.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring they have the tools and training needed to meet job responsibilities and grow professionally.
- Continuously assess and implement improvements in accounting processes, systems, and controls to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Work closely with program directors, project managers, and other organizational stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial operations and programmatic goals.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
License:
Required:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate accounting, with at least 2 years of experience managing financial operations for a governmental or grant-funded organization preferred.
- Public accounting background preferred.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
Hours: Full-Time.
Workdays: Monday - Friday.
Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Salary: $122,186.48 annually.
