LPHA Supervisor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: The LPHA Supervisor oversees the operations of a mobile crisis outreach team, ensuring the effective delivery of mental health crisis services. This role works closely with the management team and other stakeholders to continuously enhance and refine crisis response strategies. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, the Supervisor fosters strong community partnerships and drives innovation in best practice models to optimize client care. The Expanded MCOT is designed for immediate crisis response, typically in coordination with community partners, to provide on-site intervention and collaborative case management. With significant latitude for independent judgment, the Supervisor ensures the team delivers high-quality clinical services, including crisis assessments, interventions, brief follow-up, and service linkage for adults and children/youth. These services are provided in community settings in partnership with Emergency Medical Services, the Austin Police Department, the Travis County Sheriff's Office, and Central Booking.

This is a 24/7 program, and employees are considered essential staff.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in a human services field.

License:

Required:

  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Bilingual preferred.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: 4 days a week (Some weekends).

Workhours: 8:00AM-6:00PM / 10:00AM - 8:00PM / 12:00PM - 10:00PM.

Salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 based on licensure plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.

Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.

  • Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
  • Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
  • Weekend Shift: $8.00/hour.
