Job Summary: The Oak Springs Clinic Downtown Team (OSCDT) is an Integral Care Housing and Homeless Services expansion program primarily funded by the Downtown Austin Community Court (DACC). OSCDT is a community-based program that is tasked with serving individuals experiencing homelessness in the downtown Austin corridor and receives referrals from DACC and the Homeless Outreach Street Team (HOST). OSCDT's primary aim is to navigate individuals to housing and provide comprehensive, wrap-around support throughout the process. Addressing mental health, medical, and substance use needs are common goals in addition to housing.

Program Managers are responsible for managing services delivery, team operations and ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective.

Responsible for supervision of staff within the specifically assigned service(s) units including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback.

Identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of contractual and budgetary goals.

Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources.

This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for programs, clinics and personnel and/or carries an individual case load. On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols.

This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and requires the completion of a language competency test.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:


Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field, master's degree preferred.

    License:

    Required:

    • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    Preferred:

    • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT. 

    Experience:

    Required:

    • One year working in direct homeless services

    Hours: Full-Time.

    Workdays: Monday-Friday.

    Workhours: 8:00AM-5:00PM.

    Salary: $79,520.00 - 101,380.00 annually.
