Job Summary: The Service Coordinator performs moderately complex local authority/service coordination work assisting clients in accessing/linkage to medical, social, educational, financial, and other appropriate services/supports that may help individuals achieve a quality of life and community participation acceptable to the individual/legally authorized representative (LAR). Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. 

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday-Friday.  

Workhours: 8:00am-5:00pm. 

Salary: $22.35 - $23.47 an hour based on education.
