Practice Administrator

Job Summary: The Practice Administrator is responsible for oversight of quality assessment and management of clinical services and business operations for assigned service delivery sites. Provides guidance and direction to Practice Managers to work to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and implementation of standardized processes. Supervises Practice Managers and completes performance evaluation for these employees. The Practice Administrator works closely with the Director of Practice Management or Chief Operations Officer to ensure the delivery of quality behavioral health services. This position has a high degree of responsibility for representing, promoting and collaborating for Integral Care clinical services in a progressive, positive and professional manner. This position will actively participate in community planning efforts as the behavioral health expert on behalf of the agency's LMHA duties. Provides leadership, administrative and clinical oversight to assigned clinical services including the development and implementation of new or expanded services and clinics in designated areas of responsibility. This is a high profile position requiring collaboration with key community stakeholders to include the City, County, Central Health and HHSCS. This position is accountable for creating a highly efficient and innovative practice with high performance standards. Recruits, selects and hires appropriate staff for the practice sites and programs. This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for programs, clinics and personnel.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred:

  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Experience:

Required:

  • Five or more years of management experience. 

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Salary: $96,656 - $123,227 annually based on years of licensure.
