Job Summary: The Positive Assistive Community Engagement (PACE) Program serves people diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who live in a variety of non-institutional settings who are experiencing a crisis. Services are designed to meet the person's needs so they may remain in the community and have opportunities to participate in their community to the maximum extent possible.
As a PACE staff member you will provide services and supports for individuals diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD). In addition to IDD, many individuals you will serve will have mental health and/or medical diagnoses. Individuals served range in age from very young children to the geriatric population. Services will only be provided in what is currently considered the individual's home setting (group home, family home, own home, or host home). The position is a dynamic position that entails working with the individuals and their support systems, focusing on crisis prevention and advocacy. This position will also include supporting other IDD crisis prevention teams on as needed basis.

Salary: $21.96 - $22.99 an hour based on education. "Internal applicants are subject to Integral Care's QMHP career ladder".
This position is eligible for differential pay.
Second Shift: $3.25
Third Shift: $4.25
Weekend Shift: $5.00
