Job Summary: This position is located at 825 East Rundberg Lane. The position serves The Housing First ACT Team. The Housing First ACT Team provides intensive community based services for people who have a history of chronic homelessness and who have tri morbid conditions such as mental illness, a substance use disorder and a chronic medical condition. This service is done by working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide skills training and service coordination to assist consumers to obtain/maintain housing stability and promote wellness, while decreasing the need for inpatient hospitalization and/or incarceration. The primary purpose of the position is to provide support, oversight and technical assistance to staff to ensure program and grant objectives are met. This position requires strong leadership skills, organizational skills and collaboration with community partners.  Ensure efficient and effective use of provider staff time and resources.  Work is performed under general supervision of the unit manager with high latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.



  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in a human services field. 



  • Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record. 
  • Licensure in the State of Texas as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or PHD 



  • Must have a minimum of three years' experience working with individuals in treatment for behavioral health disorders and/or recovery. 


  • Clinical supervisory experience
  • Three years administrative supervisory experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Salary:  $77,862 annually.
