Development Associate

Job Summary:  The Development Associate plays an important role in strengthening relationships with donors and supporting fundraising efforts that fuel Integral Care's mission. Reporting to the Director of Resource Development, this position helps manage donor data and communications, contributes to events and online giving campaigns, and supports strategies that inspire generosity and long-term engagement. The Development Associate works across departments to ensure donors see the impact of their support and to help secure resources that expand our mission. This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-driven professional eager to grow in fundraising and nonprofit development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate donor and funder records in the CRM system, generating reports and analyzing giving trends.
  • Support online giving campaigns and donor communications to increase engagement and contributions.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising events.
  • Collaborate with development, communications, and program teams to ensure fundraising success.
  • Research prospective foundations, corporations, and government funders aligned with Integral Care's mission.
  • Assist with grant preparation and submissions, including proofreading, collecting documentation, and tracking deadlines.
  • Contribute to building a culture of philanthropy that advances Integral Care's vision of mental health and well-being for everyone.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Preferred.

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in nonprofit development, with a focus on grant research or fundraising is required.
  • Experience with a CRM and Office Suite is required. Familiarity with SmartSheets is preferred.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM.

Salary: $71,439.68 annually.
