Crisis Youth Mental Health Licensed Therapist Supervisor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: The LPHA Supervisor - Youth Crisis Outreach Team (YCOT) provides clinical leadership and direct oversight of a specialized, community-based crisis response team serving youth ages 3-17 and their families. Embedded within the LMHA crisis continuum and working in coordination with MCOT services, this role ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate crisis intervention, comprehensive assessment, and short-term stabilization in the least restrictive environment. 

The LPHA Supervisor maintains a direct service caseload while supervising clinical staff, overseeing assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning, and promoting evidence-based, recovery-oriented practices. This position supports system-wide diversion efforts by reducing emergency department utilization, inpatient admissions, law enforcement involvement, and out-of-home placements, while strengthening family stability and connection to community resources.

    Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

    Education:

    • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in a human services field.

    License:

    Required:

    • LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
    • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    Experience:

    Preferred:

    • Experience in crisis services/first responder systems/severe mental health.
    • Skilled at triage, risk assessment, and high-stakes clinical decision-making.
    • Supervisory and training experience.
    • Flexible, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving program.

    Hours: Full-Time.

    Workdays: Monday - Friday and some weekends.

    Workhours: 8:00AM - 6:00PM, 10:00AM - 8:00PM, 12:00PM - 10:00PM. 

    Salary: $81,912.81- $104,430.64 based on licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.

    Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.

    • Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
    • Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
    • Weekend Shift: $8.00/hour.
