Data Coordinator

Job Summary: This position may be located in any divisional unit of Integral Care. The purpose of the position is to perform a variety of moderately complex clerical, claims payment and data entry work in support of division and/or unit operations. Assignments involve difficult and responsible work in office, business, or fiscal operations with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Utilize electronic health records, Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel, Share Point and other applications.
  • Data entry.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage daily expectations from coworkers and community partners.
  • Review records for discrepancies.
  • Maintaining records and databases.
  • These duties are performed under general supervision with moderate latitude for initiative and independent judgment. 

The Candidate we are looking for is:

Education: 

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Licenses:

Required:

  • Current and valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in general office administrative work.

Hours: Full-Time; Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

Salary: $16.27 an hour.
