Job Summary: The IDD Crisis Support Professional provides direct support services to individuals diagnosed with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in the home, in Integral Care's crisis respite facilities, and/or the community. Services are respite which means they are short-term and provided to individuals with IDD experiencing crisis or at risk of crisis.
In this position you will have the opportunity to meet and work with many different individuals with many different needs. Services are provided upon referral and based on individual need.
The Crisis Support Professional delivers services using a person-centered and trauma-informed care approach. This position works under general supervision of the Crisis Support Professional Supervisor.
The IDD Crisis Support Professional is a new and exciting position that will help individuals with IDD remain safely and happily in the community.

Salary: $20.02 an hour.
