Job Summary: This position serves as the Program Manager of the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). The MCOT is designed to be immediately available to respond to clients at the site of the crisis from referrals received from Integral Care's 24/7 Crisis Helpline and 988. Primary clinical operations of the unit include providing crisis assessments, interventions, and brief follow-up and service linkage to adults and children/youth in community. MCOT focuses on ensuring individuals in our community are receiving the right care at the right place at the right time and diverting individuals from police response, involuntary commitments, emergency departments and incarceration when it is not needed. There is extensive latitude for the exercise of independent judgement.
Program Managers are responsible for managing services delivery, team operations and ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. Responsible for supervision of staff within the specifically assigned service(s) units including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback. Identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of contractual and budgetary goals. Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources. This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for programs, clinics and personnel and/or carries an individual case load.
On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols. This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and requires the completion of a language competency test.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
License:
Required:
Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Salary: $79,520.00 - 101,380.00 annually.
