Job Summary: This positions is for a Licensed Clinician/Counselor within our crisis services division, and stationed at our Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) Clinic. We provide same day, walk in support and services for individuals of all ages experiencing a psychiatric crisis. This unit is comprised of multiple disciplinary teams of licensed and unlicensed Counselors, Case Managers, Peer Support Specialist, Prescribers and Nurses. The role provides a dynamic opportunity for a clinician interested in fine tuning their skills in psycho-social assessment, risk of harm formulations, case presentations, and supporting our consumers in navigating through resources for the most appropriate and least restrictive environments of care. As such, we do not typically provide ongoing psychotherapeutic support nor carry traditional caseloads. This division's main priority is focusing on providing the best support in crisis prevention, intervention, and stabilization in an outpatient setting.
Hours: Full-time, 12:00pm-10:00pm; Four 10-hour shifts with rotating days off or Fixed schedule Sunday-Wednesday.
Salary: $55,602-$63,616 annually, depending on licensed experience. Plus an additional 10% crisis service stipend.
