Digital Media Specialist Job Summary: The Digital Media Specialist develops, leads, executes, and manages the digital communication strategy for Integral Care, consulting with leadership on innovative uses of digital communication tools and technologies to elevate Integral Care in the community. They are responsible for developing and managing all external and internal digital communications across the organization in support of organizational goals. They lead the conception, planning, production and delivery of digital communications through websites, intranet, email newsletters, digital signage, social media advertising and other digital tools.

Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing and updating Integral Care and affiliated agency websites, including creation of new pages.
  • Managing SEO for Integral Care and affiliated agency websites, including recommending changes to improve SEO position.
  • Designing and distributing multiple internal and external newsletters, email marketing campaigns and other email communications that support agency news, brand awareness, fundraising and events, measuring effectiveness and making recommendations to improve impact.
  • Designing, implementing and managing screensavers and digital signage for internal and external use.
  • Designing graphics to support digital communications, as well as online awareness, marketing and fundraising social media campaigns.
  • Managing, updating and expanding digital tools to engage staff and community in agency mission and increase community awareness of Integral Care.
  • Managing, creating and implementing digital awareness and advertising campaigns.
  • Tracking, gathering and analyzing website analytics, social media engagement, social media campaigns, and other online data to assess Integral Care's digital presence across the Internet and social media outlets, ensuring accuracy of information and making recommendations to improve impact.

The Digital Media Specialist is a key member of the Integral Care Communications and Engagement Team. Working under the direction of the Director of Communications and Engagement, the team develops and implements all external and internal communications strategies for Integral Care. The team supports Integral Care's mission to improve the lives of adults and children living with mental illness, substance use disorder and intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the fundraising efforts of the agency.

Digital Media Specialist Education:

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree with major coursework in digital media, web design, graphic design, or a related field.

Digital Media Specialist License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Digital Media Specialist Experience:

Required:

  • 2 years' minimum experience in digital marketing, website production, design, and architecture.
  • 2 years' minimum experience in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • 2 years' minimum experience with social media platforms including running ad campaigns.
  • Skilled in WordPress, HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, SEO, Constant Contact (or similar email management system), social media best practices.
  • Ability to provide professional portfolio of related work.
  • Relevant, equivalent experience may be substituted.

Hours: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Salary: $55,602 annually.
