Mental Health Licensed Therapist Team Lead (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: LPHA Team Leads are responsible for leading the team's service delivery and ensuring the provision of recovery focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. LPHA Team Leads operate in a dynamic environment, develop extensive knowledge of community resources, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and cultivate a clinical skill set by forging therapeutic relationships with diverse community members. LPHA Team Leads participate in diagnostic evaluations and provide assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments, and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) to ensure optimal and personalized services. Identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of unit performance measures. Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources.

This position is responsible for oversight of assigned program and personnel and may carry an individual case load. May be responsible for supervision of staff within the assigned unit including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback. On-call responsibilities may be required depending upon unit protocols. High latitude for independent judgment. This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and requires the completion of a language competency test.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Experience:

Required:

  • Two years administrative supervisory experience required. 
  • Two years working with individuals in treatment for behavioral health disorders and/or recovery preferred.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workhours: 10:00PM - 8:00AM. 

Workdays: Varies.  

Salary: $68,692 - $87,575 annually depending on licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
