School Based Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: The School-Based Therapist will deliver mental health services to a caseload of students on one assigned campus in Del Valle ISD. School Based Therapist will provide consultation services to the school staff to support the overall mental health goals of the school. The therapist provides direct mental health services to include intake assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, and crisis intervention (as appropriate). Therapist will provide 20 hours of face to face services/week and provide complete and timely documentation according to agency guidelines. Therapist will maintain regular contact with the parent/guardian of each client.

Integral Care uses an electronic medical records system. Applicants must have strong computer skills and must possess a strong knowledge of the common diagnoses and treatment for school-aged children and possess the skills necessary to facilitate positive change in a school environment.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

Experience:

Preferred: 

  • Mental health experience, particularly school-based mental health experience.
  • Bilingual preferred. 

      Hours: Full-Time.

      Workdays: Monday - Friday.

      Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

      Salary: $64,798.24 - $82,610.32 annually depending on licensure.
