Mental Health Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: This position will serve as the LPHA for the crisis residential unit. The primary duties include providing clinical support for clinicians and clients working on ongoing crisis stabilization with therapeutic interventions, relapse prevention services, and facilitating transition and linkage for continuity of care to individuals experiencing challenges with mental health and/or substance abuse within the community. The LPHA will assist with clinical staffing and coordination of daily client-care, treatment planning. The LPHA will be working along with the multi-disciplinary team staff to support compliance and adherence to services criteria, agency guidelines and program requirements. The LPHA will work in close collaborations and under the supervision of the Practice Manager (PM) and the LPHA Team Lead as well as other clinicians to continuously assess and provide clinical services delivery to assist clients' success, offering optimal resources with compassion, trauma informed care using evidence-based practices. Crisis residential services are intended to provide initial, immediate crisis stabilization based on the clients' needs and goals while in our care. The LPHA will work in conjunction with the clinical team staff, will engage with other collaboration clinical and community services to promote cohesive, comprehensive, quality and effective stabilization to individuals' while establishing a productive and positive foundation for sustainable, independent and healthier living.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

    Required:

    • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

    License:

    Required:

    • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

    Experience:

    Required:

    • Experience performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment required.

    Hours: Full-Time.

    Workdays: Flexible including weekends. 

    Workhours: Afternoons/Evenings. 

    Salary: $62,306 - $79,433 annually, based on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
