Job Summary: The School-Based Therapist will be responsible for providing mental health services to assigned clients on a campus in Manor ISO. School-Based Therapist will provide consultation services to the school staff to support the overall mental health goals of the school. The School-Based Therapist provides direct mental health services to include intake assessment, treatment planning, individual/family/group therapy, and crisis intervention (as needed) to all assigned clients. The School-Based Therapist will provide consultation for school staff regarding mental health issues of clients (as appropriate).

The School-Based Therapist will see clients face to face at least 20 hours/week and provide complete and timely documentation according to agency guidelines. The School-Based Therapist will maintain regular contact with the parent/guardian of each client. 

Integral Care uses an electronic records system. Applicants must have strong computer skills.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A.

Experience:

• Bilingual preferred.
• Experience working with youth and families preferred.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $24.18- $25.39 an hour based on education.
