Program Manager

Job Summary: 

This position is located within Housing and Homeless Services at the Permanent Supported Housing single-site facility, Seabrook Square. This program works to fill service gaps for adult residents with existing chronic homelessness with disabling condition(s). Individuals served present with high vulnerability and complex needs. Preferred for this position will be a clinical license, experience in Supported Housing, and a working knowledge of best practices, including Housing First and Harm Reduction.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master's degree preferred.

    License:

    • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
    • LPC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred.

    Hours: Full-Time.

    Workdays: Monday - Friday.

    Workhours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, on call rotation 

    Salary$82,700.80 - $105,435.20 annually.
