Job Summary:  The Safe Landing Team Lead will work in conjunction with the Program Administrator to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of 2 therapists (one LPHA and one QMHP) providing clinical, case management and wraparound support to youth in foster care. The Safe Landing Team Lead will serve as the main provider and support for foster youth who do not have an identified placement. The Safe Landing Team Lead will provide timely assessments, clinical support and clinical consultation for these youth. The Team lead will work closely with the Child Placing Agencies, DFPS, Travis County, and other child welfare organizations in supporting youth and families in foster care. Travel to CPS offices and family homes will be required as needed to perform work functions and responsibilities. Some evening hours may be needed.

The Safe Landing Team Lead will:

• Maintain and uphold unit and agency performance standards.
• Provide routine supervision (individual/ group) and case consultation
• Monitor documentation.
• Attend meetings as assigned
• Provide direct services to youth in foster care who don't have an identified placement

In cooperation with Program Administrator, Safe Landing Team Lead will:

• Assist in coordination of program operations.
• Assist in hiring and training of new staff.
• Assist in annual performance evaluation of staff.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field required.

License:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT required.

Experience:

Required:

• Experience with youth and adolescents.
• Bilingual preferred.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 annually depending on years of licensure.
