Mental Health Licensed Therapist Supervisor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: This position is within Housing and Homeless services with the Permanent Supported Housing Healthcare Collaborative (PSH HCC). This program is a collaboration between Integral Care, CommUnity Care, Central Health, and ECHO; designed to provide integrated, mobile healthcare to residents in designated Permanent Supported Housing single site projects. This program works to fill service gaps for adult residents exiting chronic homelessness with disabling condition(s). Individuals served present with high vulnerability and complex needs. Preferred for this position will be a working knowledge of best practices for Permanent Supported Housing. Interventions and services are typically provided in the community and require the use of a personal automobile and cell phone.

The LPHA Supervisor is responsible for leading the team's service delivery and ensuring the provision of recoveryfocused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. LPHA Supervisor will operate in a dynamic environment, develop extensive knowledge of community resources, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and cultivate a clinical skill-set by forging therapeutic relationships with diverse community members. LPHA Supervisor will participate in diagnostic evaluations and provide assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) to ensure optimal and personalized services. Identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of unit performance measures. Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources. This position is responsible for oversight of assigned program and personnel and may carry an individual case load. May be responsible for supervision of staff within the assigned unit including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field required.

License:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT required.

Experience:

  • Previous experience performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment required.
  • Bilingual candidates required.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday-Friday.

Workhours: 8:00am-5:00pm.

Salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 annually depending on years of licensure.
