Job Summary:
Intake specialists are Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP) who provide services to individuals diagnosed with severe mental illnesses who may also have co-occurring substance use disorders and/or chronic health conditions. Intake specialists complete a variety of clinical assessments with clients to determine eligibility of services. If criteria is met, the intake specialist will coordinate on-going care.

Intake specialists who are master's Level clinicians are eligible for clinical supervision towards advance licensure from a board-certified supervisor, while employed with Integral Care. Intake specialists who are master's Level clinicians will have an opportunity to provide living skills training to clients under the supervision of an LPHA.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Salary: $24.18- $25.39 an hour based on education.
