Education: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field is required. Master's degree preferred.
Description: The Bilingual Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) will be able to provide services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned clients. Duties will include; providing direct mental health services including; rehabilitative skills training, individual/family/group therapy, symptom management and crisis intervention to assigned clients. These services may be provided in a variety of settings including but not limited to: home, office, and school. The goal of services is to reduce symptoms, improve daily functioning and emotional well-being. The QMHP will be responsible for meeting face to face billable hour requirements as well as maintaining the person center care plan and other treatment related documentation. Must possess a strong knowledge of the common diagnoses and treatment for school-aged children and possess the skills necessary to facilitate positive change.
License(s): Center certification as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) required. Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-8:30pm with flexibility.
Salary: Starting Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) salary is at $38,479-$40,739 based on education, but internal applicants are subject to Integral Care's QMHP career ladder. Upon successfully passing our agency bilingual exam, an added annual bilingual pay up to $3,730 would apply.
