Project Manager - Workday Systems

Job Summary: We are seeking a certified Workday Systems Administrator to lead the technical configuration, implementation, and post-go-live administration of our new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system-Workday. This role will report directly to the Director of Application Support and will serve as the primary technical subject matter expert within the MIS department. 

This individual will work closely with stakeholders during implementation, primarily the Director of Application Support, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Technology/Administrative Officer, ensuring all Workday modules are effectively deployed and optimized. After implementation, the Workday Systems Administrator will provide ongoing support, system enhancements, troubleshooting, training, and integration oversight to ensure seamless operation of Workday across the organization.

    Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Workday certification is required.

    License:

    • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    Experience: 

    • 5+ years of technical administration or support experience with enterprise systems, preferably Workday.
    • Experience with Workday implementation projects, including configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support.
    • Knowledge of various Workday modules is strongly preferred, especially HCM and Core Financials
    • Familiarity with data integrations, Workday Studio, EIBs, calculated fields, and security roles is a plus
    • Experience in public, nonprofit, or mission-driven sectors preferred.

    Hours: Full-Time.

    Workdays: Monday - Friday.

    Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

    Salary: $105,548.56 - $122,186.48 annually.
