Workday Implementation Specialist - Human Resources

Job Summary: We are seeking an implementation specialist to assist with our upcoming organization's Workday implementation, with a primary focus on Human Resources transformation. This role will oversee functional aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder collaboration, and successful cultural adoption across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Workday Project Manager with dotted line responsibilities to the Chief Human R Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and/or Director, Application Support (Technology) as needed to ensure project success.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

License:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience: 

  • Workday HCM experience or training preferred.
  • Human Resources functional and system experience preferred.
  • Business Operations experience in Human Resources.
  • Understanding of Human Resources operations and experience in employee data management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with Human Resources, cross-functional colleagues and IT.
  • Experience in public, nonprofit, or mission-driven sectors is a plus.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $82,700.80 annually.
