Human Resources Generalist (Workday HRIS experience required)

Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the successful implementation of Workday HRIS, including assisting with data migration, system testing, user training, and ongoing implementation efforts. In addition, this position is responsible for a wide range of Human Resources functions, such as onboarding, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Generalist helps ensure the smooth execution of Human Resources operations and maintains compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include screening candidates, coordinating pre-employment screenings, processing and tracking personnel work orders via HRIS and other electronic systems, posting job openings, assisting in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, monitoring employee leave and accommodation statuses such as ADA, FMLA, and workers' compensation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture, boost morale, and enhance retention. The role may also contribute to the preparation of detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual Human Resources reports.

The Human Resources Generalist fosters strong relationships with staff and management and ensures a high level of customer service across the organization. This position also involves interpreting and communicating Integral Care's Human Resources policies and procedures, while providing timely, high-quality guidance on employee relations and performance management matters to supervisors and leadership.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience required.

License:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience: 

  • Workday HRIS experience required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practice.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $67,390.17 annually.
