Service Coordinator Job Summary: The Intake and Enrollment team supports individuals in Travis County seeking eligibility services based on an Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability.  As an Intake and Enrollment Relief Service Coordinator you will assist the team in supporting individuals learn about the services available in Travis County and enroll in general revenue and waiver programs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support individuals and their caregivers complete intake documentation
  • Provide explanation about general revenue and waiver programs to support individual choice
  • Enroll individuals into the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) waiver program
  • Complete Person Directed Plans with newly enrolled individuals
  • Other duties as identified to support the programmatic needs of the IDD Intake & Enrollment team

Service Coordinator Education:


  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. 

Service Coordinator License: 


  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record. 
  • Center certification to perform service coordination (Training will be provided during the onboarding process to obtain this certification.)

Service Coordinator Experience:


  • Bilingual in Spanish

Hours: Relief, as needed; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Salary:  Starting Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) salary is at $18.50 - $19.59 an hour based on education, but internal applicants are subject to Integral Care's QMHP career ladder.
