As an Intake Service Coordinator, you will meet with individuals in their homes who are interested in learning if they are eligible for IDD services. At their homes, you will make scans of the documents which are needed to create their Integral Care chart. You will explain the Intake process of the home appointment, the testing appointment at the office with the psychologist which is followed by meeting with another Intake Service Coordinator who explains the programs for which they are eligible.
