Job Summary: The Integral Care Helpline is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone or chat/text to the public, consumers and providers 24/7. Calls coming into Integral Care's main phone numbers as well as calls from contract partners are answered by Hotline staff. Additionally, chat/text coming through 988 are answered by Hotline staff. This position provides administrative and clinical supervision to professional staff at Integral Care's Helpline. Program operations primarily involve the provision of professional assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention services, scheduling training sessions, and linkage to resources to individuals with mental illness, along with answering calls from contract partners (i.e. APD, hospitals). This position is responsible for ensuring that excellent customer care and collaborative relationships are formed by newly hired Hotline staff with community partners and consumers such that the agency is well represented and client care optimized.
Hotline Development Managers are responsible for managing the training schedules and curricula ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. The primary duty of the Hotline Development Manager will be to establish training protocol for hotline, then coordinate and/or carry out training of all new and existing staff.
Responsible for the direct supervision of QMHP Team Leads. Identifies and implements strategies for ongoing training development and achievement of contractual goals.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:
Required:
- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
License:
Required:
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
Experience:
Preferred:
- Experience in crisis and customer service.
- Bilingual in Spanish.

Salary: $86,008.83 - $109,652.61 annually, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
