ZERO Suicide Project Evaluator - Remote

Job Summary: The Zero Suicide Project Evaluator will design and implement comprehensive evaluation plans, leveraging advanced statistical tools and methodologies to analyze program data. This role involves identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement and contributing to strategic decision-making through insightful business intelligence tools and reports. The evaluator will play a leadership role in guiding the direction of the Zero Suicide Framework, ensuring its alignment with best practices and data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation Plan Development: Design and implement detailed evaluation plans to assess the impact and effectiveness of the Zero Suicide Framework.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct high-level statistical analysis using standard tools and methodologies to measure program outcomes, identify data trends, and detect gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Strategic Reporting & Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain dashboards, business intelligence tools, and comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights to program leaders and stakeholders.
  • Program Auditing & Compliance: Regularly audit program activities to ensure compliance with established Zero Suicide standards and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including mental health professionals, policymakers, and community leaders, to align evaluation strategies with program goals.
  • Data Integrity: Identify and resolve data anomalies, gaps, and redundancies, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the information driving key decisions.
  • EHR Support & Integration: Assist in defining, developing, and implementing EHR tools to support the documentation and evaluation of Zero Suicide standards.
  • Software & Tool Development: Collaborate on the development of statistical models, software applications, and tools to facilitate graphic analysis and enhance program evaluation.
  • Training & Capacity Building: Provide training and guidance to staff on data collection, analysis, and interpretation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in statistical analysis, program evaluation, and data reporting
  • Proficiency with statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with behavioral health programs, especially suicide prevention frameworks like Zero Suicide.
  • Strong understanding of EHR systems and data integration related to healthcare programs.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and work effectively with diverse teams.

    Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

    Education:

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Policy Analysis, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar discipline. Master's degree preferred.

    License:

    Required:

    • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    Experience: 

    Required:

    • 2-3 years relevant experience in EHR administration, statistical analysis, data analytics or evaluation required.

      Hours: Full-Time.

      Workdays: Monday - Friday.

      Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

      Salary: $96,656 annually.
