Our programs focus on treatment for mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual or developmental disabilities for children and adults. You will work in partnership with individuals to define and facilitate their desired life outcomes by conducting diagnostic evaluations, providing assessments, and delivering therapeutic evidence-based and best practice interventions. These include: skills training through psycho-education and patient education strategies, individual, family and/or group services, and delivering crisis services with linkages to crisis resources as needed.



  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.



  • Licensed in Texas as a LPHA with a focus on LPC, LMFT, LCSW, MD, DO or Licensed Psychologist. 
  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.



  • Experience performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.

Bilingual in Spanish

Hours: Full-time; Monday - Friday with option to work four 10 hours shifts, if desired. 

Salary$62,306 - $79,433 annually, depending on licensed experience.

Position is eligible for differential pay. 

  • Second Shift: $3.25 
  • Third Shift: $4.25 
  • Weekend Shift: $5.00
