Job Summary: The Virtual Access Specialist performs complex analysis work and is involved in the planning and development of agency-wide initiatives relating to virtual care and remote technology to support top quality clinical services to all consumers. This position provides project management and data analytical support to monitor and track clinical improvement initiatives. Working with internal and external stakeholders, the Virtual Access Specialist is the point of contact for collecting, organizing and uploading required documentation for quality incentive reporting for a variety of initiatives including Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and other quality projects relating enhancing access. This position will analyze call center demand and develop process improvement initiatives to ensure that response times meet quality standards. The right candidate will thrive on collaborative teams where the first responsibility is understanding and meeting all quality incentive regulations and audit requirements.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
