Program Manager - Transitional Services

Job Summary: This position serves as the Program Manager for Transitional Services (LOC5) and will report to the Practice Administrator of Crisis Services. The Program Manager works in conjunction with the Practice Managers of crisis teams supporting clients needing ongoing crisis stabilization who remain in the community after a crisis intervention. This is a new position that will require initiative and flexibility to build out a team and program. The Program Manager will be expected to foster community partnerships to ensure all clients can access the care they need. The Program Manager will ensure staff are trained and deliver best practice interventions that will serve clients expertly, inclusive of the Suicide Care Pathway model. There is extensive latitude for the exercise of independent judgement. This team will also provide support to the community during critical incidents and disaster response.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Masters' degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

    License:

    Required:

    • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    Preferred:

    • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.

    Experience:

    Required:

    • Experience in crisis services.

    Hours: Full-Time.

    Workdays: Monday-Friday.

    Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

    Salary: $82,700.80 - 105,435.20 annually plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
