Job Summary: This position may be located in any divisional unit of Integral Care. The purpose of the position is to perform a combination of complex clerical work and routine technical program work in support of unit operations. Assignments involve difficult and responsible work in office, business, or fiscal operation with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Three years of progressively responsible experience in general office administrative work.
One year of specialized experience in the technical program area.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Hours: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm.
Salary: $18.23 per hour.
