Job Summary: The primary purpose of the LVN position is to provide general nursing care, administer medication and training to clients in a clinical environment. At this level, work is performed under moderate supervision with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The LVN works under the direction of the RN, and MD. This position reports directly to the assigned RN Supervisor and Program Manager.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Licensed as an LVN in the state of Texas.

Experience:

Preferred:

• Bilingual preferred.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Thursday.

Workhours: 6:00PM - 4:00AM.

Salary: $28.26 - $36.02 an hour depending on years of licensure plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.

Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.

• Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
• Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
• Weekend Shift: $8.00/hour.
