System Support Specialist

EducationBachelor's degree in Business or Computer related area is required.  Master's degree is preferred.

Description: This position supports program operations and information needs of Integral Care by assisting with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the electronic medical record software application and other designated clinical software products. The primary function of this position is to provide training, assist staff with moderately complex user setup, and troubleshoot to resolve software functionality issues. Responsibilities include resolution of duplicate charts, reporting accurate data to the state's CARE and CMBHS systems, assisting front-line users through Help Desk calls and e-mails, testing software promotions and enhancements, creating and maintaining user guides, and participating in and leading work groups and meetings. These tasks are performed under a general level of supervision and require the use of initiative, sound judgement, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a medical environment, especially behavioral health,preferred. Experience with customer service, supporting non-technical staff with technical issues, preferred. Experience working with the State of Texas' CARE and CMBHS systems strongly preferred.

LicenseCurrent and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. 

Salary$59,473 annually.
