The Nurse Supervisor is a member of the management team who is assigned to the Integral Care mental health care crisis division, specifically at The INN crisis residential center and the Next Step Crisis Respite center as primary work sites. Integral Care serves individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety, substance abuse, and depression. The crisis division's goal is to stabilize patients and transition them back into their community while supporting their individual path to recovery. The Nurse Supervisor provides clinical oversight for nursing and direct care staff in order to ensure the highest standards of care and patient safety.

The Nurse Supervisor will focus on the process of directing, guiding, and influencing the outcome of nursing performance. This will include: identifying, developing, and implementing nursing processes; evaluating and training nursing staff and direct care staff; assuring nursing quality; performing incident responses and reviews; representing nursing in management meetings and assigned committees; scheduling nursing shifts; carrying out personnel disciplinary actions; assisting in recruiting, hiring, and orientation of new staff; maintaining the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient; providing on-call nursing supervision and relief staffing to the crisis division on a rotating basis; demonstrating excellent customer service; leading by example.

A successful candidate must have experience in mental health care, demonstrate nursing leadership, and have the capacity to supervise others tactfully.



  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Nursing 



  • Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record. 
  • Licensed as an RN in the state of Texas 

Hours:  Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. 

Salary:  $90,029 annually.
