QMHP Team Lead Job Summary:The Team Lead will work in conjunction with the Program Manager to provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of 18 Intensive Case Managers. The Team Lead will assist in assuring staff adhere to agency and contractual policies and standards, including unit-specific requirements. Unit 494 Team Leads will be trained in the National Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC) Wrap Around model and will provide weekly individual and/or group coaching to intensive case managers.

Duties:

  • The Intensive Case Management Team will:
  • Maintain and uphold unit and agency performance standards.
  • Provide Wrap Coaching (individual/ group) and case consultation, as needed.
  • Monitor documentation of clinical services, including monthly audit.
  • Attend meetings as assigned.
  • Provide support in the clinic as needed.
  • Assist PM in providing orientation and training to new staff and refresher training to unit staff.
  • Maintain a small caseload of clients.

Knowledge/Skills:

The following are REQUIRED for the Intensive Case Management Team position:

  • Possess a working knowledge of common diagnoses and therapeutic treatment for youth
  • 1 years of working with youth identified to have a Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED)
  • Experience with building a team of multi-disciplinary or non-traditional service providers and other community partnering agencies.
  • Meet credentialing requirements to be a QMHP-CS

The following are PREFERRED for the Team Lead position:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience providing mental health case management in a community mental health center or similar setting
  • Willingness to join and build a positive team culture by working with Program Manager, 2 additional Team Leads, a Certified Family Partner, Intake Specialist, Administrative staff, and a team of 18 intensive case managers.
  • Supervisor experience and/ or training

QMHP Team Lead Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. 

Preferred:

  • Master's degree.

QMHP Team Lead License: 

Required:

  • Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record. 

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm.

Salary:  $55,602 annually.
