Education: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field is required.
Description: Integral Care seeks an experienced Registered Nurse or experienced LCSW, LMFT, or LPC to provide administrative, clinical and budgetary oversight of short term behavioral health crisis residential and crisis respite settings. This position calls for oversight of quality assessment and management of clinical services and business operations for assigned services delivery sites. This position will provide guidance and supervision to managers and practice managers to ensure the delivery of quality patient care and implementation of standardized processes. This position has a high degree of responsibility for representing, promoting and collaborating with both Integral Care colleagues and external community partners in a positive, progressive and professional manner. This position may actively participate in community planning efforts. In addition to providing leadership, administrative and clinical oversight to their assigned service area, this position will take a leadership role in the development and implementation of new or expanded services and clinics. This position is accountable for creating a highly efficient and innovative practice with high performance standards.
This position will require the ability to work flexible hours at times. This position requires serving as part of an on call rotation. A minimum of 3 years supervisory and practice management experience, with 3 years' experience in budget management.
License: Required to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas or LCSW, LMFT or LPC in the State of Texas. Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility.
Salary: $93,406 annually.
