Administrative Assistant Job Summary: This position may be located in any divisional unit of Integral Care. The purpose of the position is to provide a variety of moderately complex clerical work in support of the unit operations. Assignments involve difficult and responsible work in office, business, or fiscal operations with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. 

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Knowledge of office procedures, spelling, grammar, punctuation and arithmetic. 
  • Skill using office equipment and personal computers. 
  • Skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database computer applications. 
  • Ability to prepare and maintain records, files, and reports. 

Administrative Assistant Education:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Administrative Assistant License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Administrative Assistant Experience:

Preferred:

  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in general office administrative work 

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm with some flexibility. 

Salary: $20.02 an hour.

All newly hired employees will receive $1,000 on their first paycheck and $1,000 on the paycheck following their six-month anniversary. 

Position is eligible for differential pay and 10% crisis pay.

  • Second Shift: $3.25

  • Third Shift: $4.25

  • Weekend Shift: $5.00
