The ANEW (Adult TCOOMMI) program provides mental health support for adults on probation or parole. Services include mental health testing, medicine, life skills training, help finding other local resources, help finding transportation and jobs and help applying for benefits. This position is located in any direct service division of Integral Care.
The Service Coordinator performs moderately complex case management/service coordination work assisting clients in accessing/linkage to medical, social, educational, financial, and other appropriate services/supports that may help individuals achieve a quality of life and community participation acceptable to the individual/legally authorized representative (LAR). This position works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Hours: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Salary: Starting Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) salary is at $38,479-$40,739 based on education, but internal applicants are subject to Integral Care's QMHP career ladder.
