QMHP Supervisor Job Summary: The Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the SOAR program within Integral Care. SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access and Recovery (SOAR) is a model that helps individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness who have a serious mental illness, medical impairment , and/or a co-occurring substance use disorder apply for Social Security disability benefits. The Supervisor will provide administrative and general supervision to the team of dedicated SOAR specialists as well as provide technical assistance to other SOAR trained staff within Integral Care. This includes but is not limited to facilitating monthly SOAR Support Meetings. The QMHP Supervisor will have a small caseload of active SOAR applications as well.

Salary: $55,602 annually.
