Education: Bachelor's degree in human services field required, Master's degree in social work, psychology or other human services field is preferred.
Description: This position is responsible for providing management of all functions of the Community Living Options Information Process (CLOIP), Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR), and Enhanced Community Coordination (ECC) programs. Program management includes oversight of the daily operations, contractual obligations, and budgetary needs for each program. The position is responsible for providing sound leadership and supervision, managing the area budget, continuously improving service practices, and participating in Center and community-wide planning. Performs work duties with high degree of autonomy. Completes functions as directed by the IDD Director or designee.
One to two years of successively greater management and supervisory experience, including budgeting, Medicaid, community-based services, and implementing best practices is preferred.
License: Licensure in the state of Texas as an LCSW, LPC, LPHA, LMFT, or PHD preferred. Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Salary: $72,789 - $77,862 annually.
