Education: Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field is required.
Description: Program Managers are responsible for managing services delivery, team operations and ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective.
Responsible for supervision of staff within the specifically assigned service(s) units including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback.
Identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of contractual and budgetary goals.
Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources.
This position has a broad scope of responsibility and oversight for programs, clinics and personnel and/or carries an individual case load. On-call responsibilities may be required dependent upon unit protocols. Clinical supervisory experience preferred. Three years administrative supervisory experience preferred. Must have a minimum of three years' experience working with individuals in treatment for behavioral health disorders and/or recovery.
License: Licensure in the State of Texas as LCSW, LPC, LMFT or PHD required. Current and valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record required.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility required.
