Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)

Job Summary: The Licensed Professional of the Healing Arts (LPHA) will be responsible for providing services related to the delivery of mental health care to assigned child and youth clients in the community, office or school setting. The therapist provides direct counseling services to children and youth including intake assessment, individual/family/group therapy, case management and crisis intervention and 90-day assessments/updates to all assigned clients. Therapist will provide consultation for treatment team and community partners as needed.  Therapist will maintain 55% face to face billable hours and provide complete and timely documentation according to agency guidelines. The therapist will maintain regular contact with the parent/guardian of each client.  Integral care uses a computerized medical records system.  Applicants must have strong computer skills.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. 

License: 

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record. 
  • Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT. 

Experience:

Required: 

  • Experience performing mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment 

Hours:  Full-time.

Workhours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Workdays: Monday-Friday. 

Salary:  $62,306.00 - $79,433.00 - annually, depending on licensed experience.
