Job Summary: This position serves as an LPHA (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) for the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team. Primary duties in this unit include providing crisis intervention and relapse prevention services to individuals experiencing crisis in the community. The MCOT responds to clients at the site of the crisis from referrals received through the 24/7 Crisis Helpline. Primary clinical operations of the unit include providing community-based crisis assessments, interventions, brief follow-up and service linkage to children, adolescents and adults in non-clinical community settings. The goal is to ensure clients get the right care, at the right time. MCOT responds independently in teams of two to the site of the crisis, and works in collaboration with the following community partners on an as needed basis to support crisis service delivery: Austin Independent School District (AISD), AISD Police, the Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT) of the Austin Police Department (APD) and Travis County Sheriff's Department (TCSO). The LPHA will participate in the crisis services on-call rotation.

Salary: $62,306 - $79,433 annually, depending on licensed experience. Plus an additional 10% crisis services stipend.
